I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of your work as well as the ease of doing business with Ohio Connect. Our previous host, 1 & 1, created many difficulties in that they were remotely located, support was out of the country, and we were one of thousands of customers. We actually had an instance where our site lost it's ranking on Google overnight. 1 & 1 told us it was our fault somehow, but ironically the site was back up 10 minutes after our call. Conversely, our relationship with Ohio Connect has been easy because you are accessible. In addition to accessibility, Ohio Connect does not use the typical "talk over your head" approach to programming. I truly appreciate the fact that when I ask for something, your answer was typically "no problem" or "send it to me and I'll take care of it." I am so pleased to be moving from 1 & 1 to Ohio Connect where I can get prompt, honest answers and someone local to work with. Thank you!

I want to compliment you on how well-organized this judging system is. It's super user-friendly, and your directions were perfect. I'm wondering if you custom-built your judging system (website, instructions, etc.). If so, you should strongly consider developing a generic version of it, patenting it, and selling it for a modest fee to other associations and organizations! I've done communications audits, conducted surveys and have served as a judge in other competitions, and I've never seen a product as good as this one.
As always you guys are the best website guys in the industry. I must say I am 100% completely satisfied with the promptness and the design of our website. You guys are worth every penny...I'll be sure to pass on your online guru knowledge to anyone looking for a website designer.

The email program is fantastic! Its hard for me to imagine a business not using this service. Within 5 minutes i was contact by 2 old clients.
The site looks really cool. It was an adjustment initially but it looks really good. I like the design and color. I love color, and the boldness of the red is very impressive. It gives me a feeling i'm unable to describe. but it's powerful. The layout for customers will be so much better. It looks so less cluttered, easier on the eyes and the brain. The picture at the top is very classy, subdued I like it. I'm having magnetic signs made for my car and I want to incorporate something from the website.
